Agreement for Services
Red and Green Guys
As part of this agreement you will receive: a Preliminary Drawing (for approval), a Revised Drawing (if applicable) and a Final Approved Drawing. All files will be PDF’d and delivered electronically. Upon completion, and full payment, the AutoCAD DWG files will then be delivered electronically. When Drafting Services reach a milestone (50% and 100%) the relative payment amount will be required. If the payment is not met, all work will stop.
Our Drafting fees are based on the type of Drawing and amount of Mark-Ups.
Fee Schedule:
Revise Basic Drawing – $10 per Drawing
Generate Basic Drawing(s) – $10 per Drawing
Revise Detailed Drawing – $25 per Drawing
Generate Detailed Drawing(s) – $25 per drawing
Note: Common and Detailed Drawings vary. They will be agreed upon during the initial consultation.
Note: If the generation of a Drawing is similar to another (a copy) the charge will be reduced to the revision price.
Note: Preliminary Drawings are suitable for the bidding process
Additional Services Rate:
Note: There is no charge for consultation.
*Automation – these services vary from simple to complex, pricing will be discussed during the initial consultation.
*Creating a Shared Tool Palette Library – these services will be charged at a minimum of $5,000.00 US, includes a one day training session on site and technical support for one year.
Miscellaneous: We are not responsible for design defects, construction specifications and details or any other matter relating to the design, development or construction of the project and we assume no responsibility for any damage, including structural failures, due to any deficiencies, omissions or errors in the design of these drawings. Each customer must review the drawings prior to building and ordering materials. We make no warranties, express or implied, under this Agreement or otherwise, in connection with our services. Goods provided under drawing services will be provided as is, without warranty, including but not limited to warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to a refund of the amount paid under this Agreement and no other damages, whether in the contract or in tort, in law or in equity are available to you.
Acceptance: Signing this form shall be construed as authorization by Customer for Best Built to proceed with work.
